The purpose of the Triathlon website is to provide our partners with an easily accessible platform to download marketing material.

The Palo Alto Networks Partner Triathlon campaign runs for nine months and offers How-to guides and other downloadable content, aimed at helping you sell Palo Alto Networks products.

By taking part in the Cyber Security Triathlon, you’ll also be in with a chance to win one of our Incentive Prizes.

To download the assets, visit the ‘Teams’ section of the website. Here you’ll find the assets that are available to download.
Step 1
Visit www.cybersecuritytri.com and select register in the top right hand corner.

If you have already registered please skip to step 8.

Step 2
Fill out all the details in the form and select register.

Step 3
You will then see this message notifying you that an email has been sent to the address you signed up with.

Step 4
Please click the link in the email to verify your email and activate your account.

Step 5
Once you have activated your account and logged back in, select team from the top navigation bar.

Step 6
You will then be prompted to create a team, you just need to think of a name!

Step 7
Once you have set up your team you will be taken to your dashboard. From here you will need to select the blue “Invite Members” button.

Step 8
Then you just need to add in the email addresses of the people you would like to invite to be a part of your team. They will either be automatically added or an email inviting them to register will be sent.

We recommend that you add in the email addresses in lowercase as the system will be able to match them better.

Please remember to check your spam folder in your inbox – the invitation email may have slipped in there.

If you still cannot find it, email info@cybersecuritytri.com and the Triathlon Team will be able to help.

Setting up a team on behalf of your focus partners is simple.

Below, you’ll find our 3-step process to setting up a team on behalf of your partner. If you have any questions or queries, please email info@cybersecuritytri.com.

Step 1:
Register a new account within the Triathlon website, with a unique email address and username.

Step 2:
Create a team within your new account. Include both the distributor name and name of the partner within the team name.

E.g. “distributor-partner-team.”

Step 3:
Repeat the process for other partners.

Please note: when creating a new team for focus partners, you must use a new email address and username. Otherwise you will not be able to create another team

To upload evidence, visit the ‘Teams’ section of the website, where you’ll find your dashboard.

From within your dashboard select ‘Upload Evidence.’

From here, you’ll see examples of what we’re looking for you to provide as evidence. Scroll to the bottom of this page, hit ‘Upload a New Document’ and select your evidence.

When you upload your evidence, you’ll automatically be entered into chance to win one of our Incentive Prizes.
